Glenn has served as the senior pastor since 1994. He and his wife, Margaret, have five grown children and 20 grandchildren. Glenn earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Alabama in the College of Business and Management and a Master of Divinity Degree from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Glenn has served as the President of the Alabama Baptist Pastors Conference, moderator for the local association, and committee's for the Southern Baptist Convention. Glenn has served in pastorates in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Kentucky. Spending time with family, yard work, and reading are favorite pastimes.
Jeremy has served on staff at East Memorial since 2009. He and his wife, Abigail, enjoy being with family and raising their five children - Preston, Chandler, Graham, Bennett, and Macie. Jeremy received a degree in Corporate Communications from Bryan College and a Master of Divinity Degree from Luther Rice Seminary. His desire is to assist the pastor in leading God's people in worship, teaching the Word of God, and ministering to those to whom the Lord has placed within the body at East Memorial Baptist Church.
Bro. Bryan, a native of Alabama, has resided in Prattville since graduating from Auburn University in 1984. After serving in many capacities as a layman, Bro. Bryan surrendered to the ministry full-time and was ordained at East Memorial in May 1999. He served as Minister of Education for three years and now serves as the Minister of Administration and the Administrator for East Memorial Christian Academy. Bro. Bryan has served Southern Baptist on the associational and national levels and has completed a 10-year term on the Executive Committee of the Southern Baptist Convention. He and his wife, Shelia, have nine children, Luke, Ellen, Mason, Maggie, Patrick, Paige, Palmer, Hope and Colbie. Bryan enjoys camping with his family and just about anything outdoors.
David and his wife, Sandy, both hail from Western Kentucky. They were married in 1970 and in 1972 their daughter Davina was born. They have two grandchildren, Kathryn and Emma. David joined the Air Force in 1971 and served 33 years; 13 enlisted and 20 commissioned. It was during this time that he attended the University of Maryland European Division and earned a BS in Psychology and then a Masters in Guidance and Counseling from Ball State University’s European Division. His last assignment was as Vice-Commandant of Squadron Officer School at Maxwell AFB. It was during this assignment that he became aware that God was calling him into ministry and made the decision to retire. Ten months later David was called to be the Administrator for East Memorial Christian Academy. He served in that capacity for three academic years and then transitioned to be the Minister to Senior Adults and Minister of Pastoral Care. He has been serving in these capacities since June 2007.
