Sunday PM August 30th (6:00pm) (right click and "Save As" to download) “Noah’s Ark and the Global Flood” answers the questions raised by the skeptical world and the skeptical Christian whose views have been often shaped by unrealistic cartoons. Denial of the worldwide flood and the real ark has overthrown the faith of many. The global flood, well-supported by science, is as vital a symbol of God’s judgment as the ark of Noah is a symbol of His mercy in Christ. (ages 12 – adult)
Monday AM EMCA High School (Closed Session) (right click and "Save As" to download) “Jurassic Prank—A Dinosaur Tale” uses video clips from the movie Jurassic Park to show how the world indoctrinates us with evolutionary theories and suppositions. This presentation shows how dinosaurs really fit into history while debunking many of the popular fallacies about these creatures. (ages 8 – adult)(Note: This session is closed. Monday AM EMCA Elementary (Closed Session) (right click and "Save As" to download) “Were There Dinosaurs on the Ark?” is a fast paced, entertaining discussion of dinosaurs and Noah’s Ark. This is primarily focused on the K-6th grade age groups, although it seems that the children’s parents enjoy it as much if not more than the kids. (ages 5 – 12)(Note: This session is closed. Monday PM August 31st (6:30pm) (right click and "Save As" to download) “My River is Mine Own” is a discussion of humanism and its effect on our culture. The failure of the present educational system is in large part due to its foundation in a naturalistic worldview. How this philosophy permeates our entire culture is shown. A solution to this problem is also suggested. (ages 12 – adult)
